How to Join
If you are looking for your place in history consider joining the MHA Docents: No experience necessary! Enthusiasm welcomed!
Visit a Docent general meeting, all of which are open to the public. These are held on the first Tuesday of each month at 9:30 am, except for July and August. Except for special events and road trips, all meeting are held at in the fellowship hall of Sugaw Creek Presbyterian Church, located at the intersection of Sugar Creek Road and North Tryon Street, Charlotte, NC.

The Docents are a committee of, and funded by, the Mecklenburg Historical Association. Docents are members of the MHA, paying their MHA dues through their committee treasurer.
