Upcoming 2025 Events
2025 is a big year for Mecklenburg County! We will be celebrating the 250th anniversary of the Mecklenburg Declaration of Independence at our meetings all next year.

In May we will have a launch of the new book on the signers of the MeckDec.

History List members receive an email on the 1st of each month that the MHA History Calendar has been published and a similar notification when the MHA Newsletter is published quarterly. The calendar lists events of interest to the history community that are local or within easy driving distance of Charlotte. The newsletter includes articles of interest to the history community and information about dinner programs and other events sponsored by the MHA.
