Brent Burgin Lunch and Learn Lecture Series. “From Catawba to Contemporary – Pottery and Ceramic Arts from the SC State Museum’s Collections.” 12-1 p.m. Please join Paul Matheny, Director of Collections at the SC State Museum for an in-depth look behind the scenes of the museum’s extensive pottery collection. This presentation will provide information about the museum’s historic and contemporary Catawba pottery collection, historic Edgefield and Upstate, SC stoneware and contemporary ceramic arts produced by studio artists in our state today.
