May Day is a centuries-old tradition dating back to Medieval times. The most notable May Day activity is the maypole. The Hart Square Dance Troupe led by Emma Speer and Jonah Woodall, will teach you how to dance around the maypole with a beautiful ribbon for each participant. The spring celebration will have flower crown-making demonstrations with more to come soon.
